食品添加剂使用现状及其安全性管理对策







摘  要


本文深入研究了食品添加剂在当前食品工业中的使用现状,并重点探讨了其安全性管理面临的挑战与对策。随着食品加工技术的不断进步,食品添加剂的种类日益繁多,功能也更加多样化,从改善食品色泽、口感到延长保质期,无不彰显其重要性。然而,这一广泛应用的背后,食品添加剂的安全性问题也日益凸显,成为公众关注的焦点。本文首先全面梳理了食品添加剂的广泛应用情况,分析了其种类、功能及使用量的增长趋势,并调查了消费者对食品添加剂的认知现状。随后,文章深入剖析了当前食品添加剂安全性管理存在的主要问题,包括安全性评估标准的滞后与不完善、标签标识的混乱与不规范、法律法规与监管体系的漏洞以及企业自我管理与行业自律的缺失等。针对上述问题,本文提出了一系列切实可行的安全管理对策。首先,强调完善安全性评估体系与标准,通过定期更新评估标准、建立全球性信息共享平台及加强跨学科专家团队建设,提高评估的科学性和准确性。其次,强化标签标识管理,确保食品添加剂的种类、含量等信息清晰、准确,便于消费者知情选择。同时,健全法律法规与监管体系,制定和修订相关法律法规,强化多部门协同监管,建立动态监管与反馈系统。

CURRENT SITUATION AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT OF FOOD ADDITIVES


ABSTRACT


In this paper, the application status of food additives in the food industry is deeply studied, and the challenges and countermeasures of their safety management are discussed. With the continuous progress of food processing technology, the types of food additives are increasingly diverse, and the functions are more diversified, from improving the color of food to extending the shelf life. However, behind this wide application, the safety of food additives has become increasingly prominent and has become the focus of public concern. Firstly, this paper reviews the wide application of food additives, analyzes the growth trend of their types, functions and usage, and investigates the current situation of consumers' cognition of food additives. Subsequently, the article in-depth analysis of the current food additive safety management of the main problems, including safety assessment standards lag and imperfect, label confusion and non-standard, laws and regulations and regulatory system loopholes and the lack of enterprise self-management and industry self-discipline. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward a series of practical safety management countermeasures. First of all, the emphasis is on improving the safety assessment system and standards, and improving the scientific and accurate assessment by regularly updating the assessment standards, establishing a global information sharing platform and strengthening the construction of interdisciplinary expert teams. Secondly, strengthen the management of label identification to ensure that the type and content of food additives are clear and accurate, so as to facilitate consumers to make informed choices. At the same time, we will improve the laws, regulations and supervision system, formulate and revise relevant laws and regulations, strengthen multi-departmental coordination supervision, and establish a dynamic supervision and feedback system.
