青少年学生网络欺凌的成因及防治研究
摘 要
随着互联网技术的迅猛发展,网络空间已成为青少年学习、社交和娱乐的重要平台。然而,网络欺凌作为网络空间中一种负面现象,正日益威胁着青少年的身心健康。网络欺凌的隐蔽性、传播速度快、影响范围广等特点,使得其对青少年的伤害更为深远。青少年正处于心理发展的关键时期,网络欺凌不仅会导致其自尊心受损、自我认同混乱,还可能引发一系列心理健康问题,如焦虑、抑郁等。同时,网络欺凌的蔓延也对家庭和社会造成了不良影响,破坏了家庭和谐,加剧了社会信任危机。本研究旨在探讨青少年学生网络欺凌的成因及提出相应的防治对策。分析网络欺凌对青少年个体、家庭及社会的多方面影响,强调其防治的重要性。从个体、家庭、学校和社会四个层面出发,深入剖析青少年学生网络欺凌的成因,包括自尊心低、家庭冲突、学校竞争压力及网络暴力文化等因素。针对这些成因,本研究提出了一系列防治对策,包括提升青少年自我认知与情绪管理能力、增强网络素养、改善家庭环境、树立正确教育理念、营造健康校园文化、加强网络监管与教育以及制定针对性法律法规等。这些对策旨在构建全方位、多层次的防治体系,为有效遏制网络欺凌现象、保护青少年健康成长提供有力支持。

Abstract
With the rapid development of Internet technology, cyberspace has become an important platform for teenagers to learn, socialize and entertain. However, cyberbullying, as a negative phenomenon in cyberspace, is increasingly threatening the physical and mental health of adolescents. Cyberbullying, with its concealment, fast transmission speed and wide influence range, make it more far-reaching to teenagers. Teenagers are in a critical period of psychological development. Cyberbullying can not only lead to damage to their self-esteem and confusion of self-identity, but also may lead to a series of mental health problems, such as anxiety and depression. At the same time, the spread of cyberbullying has also had a negative impact on families and society, destroying family harmony and aggravating the crisis of social trust. This study aims to investigate the causes of cyberbullying among adolescent students and propose corresponding prevention countermeasures. Analyze the multifaceted effects of cyberbullying on individual adolescents, family and society, and emphasize the importance of its prevention and treatment. From the four aspects of individual, family, school and society, the causes of cyberbullying among young students are deeply analyzed, including low self-esteem, family conflict, school competition pressure and the factors of online violence culture. In view of these causes, this study puts forward a series of prevention and control countermeasures, including the improvement of teenagers' self-cognition and emotional management ability, enhancing network literacy, improving the family environment, establishing the correct education concept, creating a healthy campus culture, strengthening network supervision and education, and formulating targeted laws and regulations. These countermeasures aim to build a comprehensive and multi-level prevention and treatment system to provide strong support for effectively curbing cyberbullying and protecting the healthy growth of young people.
