Abstract
This paper aims to explore the impact of workplace stress on employee mental health and coping strategies. First of all, it summarizes the definition, classification and characteristics of workplace stress, and points out that workplace stress is the psychological tension caused by various stressors faced by employees at work, which is characterized by universality, diversity and dynamics. Next, the importance of mental health workplace was analyzed, including improving productivity, enhancing teamwork, and reducing absenteeism and turnover. Further, the paper details the specific effects of workplace stress on employees' mental health, such as cognitive decline, interpersonal tension, and job burnout, which not only affect their personal well-being, but also negatively affect the overall effectiveness of the organization. Finally, strategies are proposed to cope with workplace stress and promote mental health, including providing psychological support to enhance psychological resilience, strengthening team building to improve relationships, and providing career development opportunities to stimulate motivation and motivation.
