摘 要
本文全面而深入地探讨了森林经营措施对土壤微生物群落结构的多维度影响,旨在揭示森林管理活动如何通过改变土壤环境来影响微生物群落的组成和功能,进而对森林生态系统的整体健康产生深远影响。通过系统分析造林与更新、抚育与间伐、森林保护及可持续采伐等关键经营措施,本文详细阐述了这些措施如何作用于土壤理化性质、生物多样性以及人为活动干扰等方面,从而引发土壤微生物群落结构的变化。研究发现,采伐与间伐活动不仅影响土壤的物理结构,还通过改变光照、温度和湿度等微环境因子,间接影响土壤微生物的多样性和活性。施肥与土壤管理措施则直接调节土壤养分状况,促进或抑制特定微生物种群的生长。植被恢复与树种选择则通过改变植物根系分泌物和凋落物组成,为土壤微生物提供新的生态位和营养源。

EFFECTS OF FOREST MANAGEMENT MEASURES ON SOIL MICROBIAL COMMUNITY STRUCTURE
ABSTRACT
In this paper, the multi-dimensional effects of forest management practices on soil microbial community structure were comprehensively and deeply investigated, aiming to reveal how forest management activities affect the composition and function of microbial communities by changing the soil environment, and thus have a profound impact on the overall health of forest ecosystems. Through a systematic analysis of key management measures, such as afforestation and regeneration, tending and thinning, forest protection and sustainable logging, this paper elaborates how these measures affect soil physical and chemical properties, biodiversity and human disturbance, thereby causing changes in soil microbial community structure. It was found that harvesting and thinning not only affect the physical structure of soil, but also indirectly affect the diversity and activity of soil microorganisms by changing microenvironmental factors such as light, temperature and humidity. Fertilization and soil management practices directly regulate soil nutrient status and promote or inhibit the growth of specific microbial populations. Vegetation restoration and tree species selection provide new ecological niche and nutrient source for soil microorganisms by changing the composition of plant root exudates and litter.
