摘 要
本文首先阐述了林木种子贮藏的必要性和基本原理,包括贮藏条件如温度、湿度对种子生理状态的影响,以及种子在贮藏过程中的生理机制变化。随后,详细分析了四种常见的林木种子贮藏方法——干燥贮藏法、冷藏贮藏法、混合贮藏法和低温干燥贮藏法的特点与应用效果。通过对比实验与数据分析,本文揭示了不同贮藏温度、湿度、方法及贮藏期限对种子萌发率的显著影响,为制定科学的贮藏策略提供了理论依据。在此基础上,本文提出了优化林木种子贮藏的综合性策略,包括选择适宜的贮藏环境,实施精准的温度控制、湿度调节和通风换气;采用科学的贮藏方法,如干藏法、湿藏法及先进的真空贮藏和绝氧贮藏技术;严格质量控制与检测,确保种子筛选、分级、质量检测及标签记录的规范性;以及加强贮藏管理与维护,实施定期检查、及时处理问题和建设安全储藏设施等。本研究不仅丰富了林木种子贮藏技术的理论体系,也为林业生产中提高种子萌发率、保障林木种苗质量提供了实用指导。

STUDY ON SEED STORAGE TECHNOLOGY OF FOREST TREE AND ITS INFLUENCE ON SEED GERMINATION RATE
ABSTRACT
In this paper, the necessity and basic principle of seed storage were discussed, including the effects of storage conditions such as temperature and humidity on the physiological state of seeds, and the physiological mechanism changes of seeds during storage. Then, the characteristics and application effects of four common methods of tree seed storage, such as dry storage, cold storage, mixed storage and low temperature dry storage, were analyzed in detail. Through comparative experiment and data analysis, this paper revealed the significant effects of different storage temperature, humidity, methods and storage duration on seed germination rate, and provided a theoretical basis for formulating scientific storage strategies. On this basis, a comprehensive strategy to optimize forest seed storage was proposed, including selecting suitable storage environment, implementing accurate temperature control, humidity regulation and ventilation. The use of scientific storage methods, such as dry storage, wet storage and advanced vacuum storage and oxygen storage technology; Strict quality control and testing to ensure the standardization of seed screening, grading, quality testing and label records; And strengthen storage management and maintenance, the implementation of regular inspection, timely treatment of problems and the construction of safe storage facilities. This study not only enriched the theoretical system of forest seed storage technology, but also provided practical guidance for improving the seed germination rate and guaranteeing the quality of forest seed and seedling in forestry production.
