Abstract
This paper discusses the significance of brand alliance for the development of technology startup companies and its difficulties and optimization strategies. As an important means of market expansion, brand awareness promotion, resource complementarity and cost optimization of technology entrepreneurs, brand alliance has significant theoretical basis and practical value. However, in practice, technology startups are often faced with challenges such as unclear brand core value, inconsistent brand image, inaccurate market segmentation and channel integration difficulties, which restrict the play of the brand joint effect. In order to optimize the brand joint strategy, technology startups need to deeply understand the core value of the brand, unify the brand image, achieve precise positioning through multi-dimensional market segmentation, and strengthen channel collaboration to improve the integration efficiency.
