摘 要
随着数字化技术的迅猛发展,消费者行为模式正经历深刻变革,这为营销理论与实践带来了全新挑战。本研究以数字化营销时代为背景,旨在探讨消费者行为模式的变化规律及其对营销策略的影响。通过整合大数据分析、问卷调查和案例研究等方法,本文系统考察了消费者在信息获取、决策制定及购买后反馈等环节的行为特征,并揭示了数字化工具对其心理和行为的塑造机制。研究发现,消费者在数字化环境中表现出更强的个性化需求、更高的互动参与度以及更复杂的决策路径,这些变化要求企业重新审视传统营销逻辑并构建适应性策略框架。本研究创新性地提出了基于“数据驱动+场景化体验”的应对策略模型,强调精准洞察与动态响应的重要性。这一成果不仅丰富了数字化营销领域的理论体系,还为企业提供了切实可行的操作指南,具有重要的学术价值与实践意义。

Abstract
With the rapid development of digital technology, consumer behavior patterns are undergoing profound transformations, presenting new challenges to marketing theory and practice. This study, set against the backdrop of the digital marketing era, aims to explore the changing patterns of consumer behavior and their implications for marketing strategies. By integrating methods such as big data analysis, questionnaire surveys, and case studies, this paper systematically examines consumer behavioral characteristics in information acquisition, decision-making, and post-purchase feedback, while revealing the mechanisms by which digital tools shape consumer psychology and behavior. The findings indicate that consumers in digital environments exhibit stronger personalized needs, higher levels of interactive participation, and more complex decision-making paths, necessitating that businesses reevaluate traditional marketing logic and develop adaptive strategy fr ameworks. Innovatively, this study proposes a response strategy model based on “data-driven + scenario-based experience,” emphasizing the importance of precise insights and dynamic responsiveness. This outcome not only enriches the theoretical fr amework of digital marketing but also provides actionable guidance for enterprises, holding significant academic and practical value.
