摘 要
本文旨在探讨中学生创新能力的培养问题，首先概述了创新能力的定义、构成要素及理论基础，进而分析了创新能力对中学生个人发展的重要意义，包括增强未来竞争力、促进个人兴趣发掘及培养自主学习能力。然而，当前中学生创新能力培养面临诸多困境，如缺乏课堂互动、个性化教学不足以及教育理念的滞后等。针对这些问题，本文提出了相应的教学对策，包括增加课堂互动以激发学生思维，实施分层教学以满足不同学生的学习需求，以及更新教育观念以重视创新能力和实践技能的培养。通过这些对策的实施，期望能有效提升中学生的创新能力，为其未来个人发展和社会进步奠定坚实基础。

Abstract
This paper aims to discuss the cultivation of middle school students' innovation ability. First, it summarizes the definition, components and theoretical basis of innovation ability, and then analyzes the significance of innovation ability to the personal development of middle school students, including enhancing the future competitiveness, promoting the exploration of personal interest and the cultivation of independent learning ability. However, at present, middle school students are faced with many difficulties, such as lack of classroom interaction, lack of personalized teaching and the lag of educational concept. To solve these problems, this paper proposes corresponding teaching countermeasures, including increasing classroom interaction to stimulate students' thinking, implementing stratified teaching to meet the learning needs of different students, and updating educational concepts to attach attention to the cultivation of innovative ability and practical skills. Through the implementation of these countermeasures, it is expected to effectively improve the innovation ability of middle school students, and lay a solid foundation for their future personal development and social progress.
