本文深入探讨了现代农业机械绿色制造及环保技术的核心议题,全面分析了其重要性、关键技术领域、当前面临的挑战以及未来的优化方向。随着全球对环境保护和可持续发展的日益关注,现代农业机械作为农业生产的关键支撑,其绿色制造与环保技术的研发与应用显得尤为重要。本文首先阐述了现代农业机械绿色制造的研究背景,指出其在促进农业可持续发展、减少环境污染和提升资源利用效率方面的关键作用。随后,文章详细论述了绿色材料技术、节能减排技术、废弃物处理与回收利用技术及清洁生产技术等关键技术的现状与发展趋势,这些技术是实现现代农业机械绿色制造的重要基石。然而,现代农业机械绿色制造与环保技术的推广与应用也面临着诸多挑战,包括技术创新与研发能力不足、原材料与能源成本高企、环保法规与标准不完善以及市场接受度与推广难度大等。针对这些挑战,本文提出了多项优化建议,包括加强技术创新与研发投入、优化供应链管理以降低绿色制造成本、完善环保法规与标准以提供法律保障,以及通过品牌宣传、绿色教育与培训活动和市场推广计划等多种手段提升市场接受度与推广力度。这些建议旨在推动现代农业机械绿色制造与环保技术的快速发展,为实现农业生产的绿色转型和可持续发展目标提供有力支持。

RESEARCH ON GREEN MANUFACTURING AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION TECHNOLOGY OF MODERN AGRICULTURAL MACHINERY

ABSTRACT

This paper deeply discusses the core issues of green manufacturing and environmental protection technology of modern agricultural machinery, and comprehensively analyzes its importance, key technical fields, current challenges and future optimization direction. With the increasing global attention to environmental protection and sustainable development, modern agricultural machinery as a key support for agricultural production, its green manufacturing and environmental protection technology research and development and application is particularly important. This paper first describes the research background of green manufacturing of modern agricultural machinery, and points out its key role in promoting sustainable development of agriculture, reducing environmental pollution and improving resource utilization efficiency. Then, the paper discusses in detail the status quo and development trend of key technologies such as green material technology, energy saving and emission reduction technology, waste treatment and recycling technology and cleaner production technology, which are important cornerstones for the realization of green manufacturing of modern agricultural machinery. However, the promotion and application of green manufacturing and environmental protection technology of modern agricultural machinery also faces many challenges, including insufficient technological innovation and research and development capabilities, high raw material and energy costs, imperfect environmental regulations and standards, and difficult market acceptance and promotion. In response to these challenges, the paper makes several optimization recommendations, including strengthening technological innovation and R&D investment, optimizing supply chain management to reduce green manufacturing costs, improving environmental regulations and standards to provide legal protection, and increasing market acceptance and promotion through a variety of means, such as branding, green education and training activities, and marketing programs. These recommendations aim to promote the rapid development of green manufacturing and environmental protection technology of modern agricultural machinery, and provide strong support for the realization of green transformation and sustainable development goals of agricultural production.
