本文全面综述了农业机械在农产品采后处理中的应用现状及其优化路径。随着农业现代化进程的加速,农产品采后处理作为连接农业生产与市场消费的关键环节,其重要性日益凸显。本文开篇详细阐述了农产品采后处理的基本流程,包括初步整理与剔除不合格品、精细挑选与分级、预冷处理以延缓腐败、以及最终的保鲜与包装等步骤,每一步都直接关系到农产品的品质与价值。随后,本文深入分析了农业机械在这些环节中的具体应用,如高效清洗机械确保农产品卫生,智能分级设备实现精准分类,以及先进的包装与贮藏设备延长农产品保鲜期。然而,面对日益增长的农产品处理需求与消费者对品质的高要求,当前农业机械在农产品加工中仍面临诸多挑战。为此,本文提出了多项优化策略,旨在提升农业机械在农产品采后处理中的效能与智能化水平。具体包括:积极引进并整合国内外先进的加工机械与技术,推动机械自动化与智能化升级;加强设备的精细化管理与维护,确保高效稳定运行;同时,注重绿色生产与可持续发展,推广使用环保型加工材料和能源,优化加工工艺,实施循环经济模式。这些策略的实施,将有力推动农产品采后处理行业的转型升级,为农业生产的可持续发展贡献力量。

APPLICATION AND OPTIMIZATION OF AGRICULTURAL MACHINERY IN POSTHARVEST TREATMENT OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS
ABSTRACT
In this paper, the application status and optimization path of agricultural machinery in postharboreous treatment of agricultural products were reviewed. With the acceleration of agricultural modernization, the importance of postharist treatment of agricultural products, as a key link between agricultural production and market consumption, has become increasingly prominent. At the beginning of this paper, the basic process of post-harvest treatment of agricultural products is described in detail, including preliminary arrangement and removal of unqualified products, fine selection and grading, pre-cooling treatment to delay corruption, and the final preservation and packaging steps, each step is directly related to the quality and value of agricultural products. Subsequently, this paper in-depth analysis of the specific applications of agricultural machinery in these links, such as efficient cleaning machinery to ensure the health of agricultural products, intelligent grading equipment to achieve accurate classification, and advanced packaging and storage equipment to extend the freshness of agricultural products. However, in the face of the growing demand for agricultural products and consumers' high requirements for quality, the current agricultural machinery still faces many challenges in the processing of agricultural products. To this end, this paper puts forward a number of optimization strategies to improve the efficiency and intelligence level of agricultural machinery in postharvest treatment of agricultural products. Specifically, it includes: actively introducing and integrating advanced processing machinery and technology at home and abroad, promoting mechanical automation and intelligent upgrading; Strengthen the fine management and maintenance of the equipment to ensure efficient and stable operation; At the same time, we focus on green production and sustainable development, promote the use of environmentally friendly processing materials and energy, optimize processing technology, and implement a circular economy model. The implementation of these strategies will strongly promote the transformation and upgrading of the agricultural products post-harvest treatment industry and contribute to the sustainable development of agricultural production.
