乡村小学教师信息技术应用能力提升策略研究
摘 要
本文概述了信息技术教育理论对现代教育的影响及其核心观点,为研究奠定了理论基础。随后,分析了提升乡村小学教师信息技术应用能力的必要性,指出这是顺应时代发展趋势、满足学生多元化需求、推动教育改革深入实施的必然要求。本文提出了四大策略:一是增强教师的信息技术意识与素养,通过提升认知和持续学习来奠定坚实基础;二是构建多元化培训体系,设计针对性课程和多样化培训方式以满足教师个性化需求;三是促进信息技术与教学深度融合,鼓励教师创新教学方法并建立案例库与分享平台以促进经验交流;四是建立激励与保障机制,通过制定激励机制和完善支持体系来激发教师内在动力并保障其实施效果。

Research on the improvement strategy of information technology application ability of rural primary school teachers
Abstract
This paper summarizes the influence of information technology education theory on modern education and its core views, and lays the theoretical foundation for the research. Subsequently, it analyzes the necessity of improving the information technology application ability of rural primary school teachers, and points out that it is an inevitable requirement to conform to the development trend of The Times, meet the diversified needs of students, and promote the in-depth implementation of educational reform. This paper puts forward four strategies: the first is to enhance teachers 'information technology awareness and literacy, and lay a solid foundation by improving cognition and continuous learning; the second is to construct a diversified training system and design targeted courses and diversified training methods to meet the personalized needs of teachers; the third is to promote the deep integration of information technology and teaching, encourage teachers to innovate teaching methods and establish case database and sharing platform to promote experience exchange; the fourth is to establish incentive and guarantee mechanism, and stimulate teachers' internal motivation and guarantee the implementation effect.
