摘  要:本文深入探讨了“互联网+”背景下企业财务管理模式的深刻变革。随着互联网技术的全面渗透,“互联网+”不仅改变了企业的运营模式,也对企业财务管理产生了深远影响。文章首先解析了“互联网+”的概念,并回顾了传统财务管理模式的特点,随后详细分析了“互联网+”如何促使财务管理环境更加开放、透明,财务管理对象扩展到包括大数据、云计算等新型资源,财务管理目标从成本控制转向价值创造,以及财务管理手段的创新,如引入智能化工具和平台。在变革路径与策略方面,本文提出了数字化转型与智能化升级的重要性,包括利用数据驱动决策、实现自动化会计处理和报表生成、以及AI辅助的财务分析与预测。同时,强调了业务流程再造与优化的必要性,通过互联网技术集成、精细化流程设计和无纸化办公等措施,提升管理效率。此外,本文还关注了风险管理与内部控制的创新,包括构建数据安全与隐私保护策略、实时风险监测与预警系统,以及多维度风险评估与应对机制。最后,强调了人才培养与团队建设在推动财务管理模式变革中的关键作用,包括培养数字技能与创新思维、促进跨部门协作与跨职能团队建设,以及建立持续学习与知识更新机制。

Abstract:This paper deeply discusses the profound change of enterprise financial management mode under the background of "Internet +". With the comprehensive penetration of Internet technology, "Internet +" has not only changed the operation mode of enterprises, but also had a profound impact on corporate financial management. This paper first analyzes the concept of "Internet +", and reviews the characteristics of traditional financial management mode, and then analyzes in detail how "Internet +" promotes a more open and transparent financial management environment, the expansion of financial management ob jects to include new resources such as big data and cloud computing, the shift of financial management ob jectives from cost control to value creation, and the innovation of financial management means. Such as the introduction of intelligent tools and platforms. In terms of change paths and strategies, this paper presents the importance of digital transformation and intelligent upgrading, including the use of data-driven decision-making, automated accounting processing and report generation, and AI-assisted financial analysis and forecasting. At the same time, the necessity of business process reengineering and optimization is emphasized, and management efficiency is improved through measures such as Internet technology integration, fine process design and paperless office. In addition, this paper also focuses on the innovation of risk management and internal control, including the construction of data security and privacy protection strategies, real-time risk monitoring and early warning systems, and multi-dimensional risk assessment and response mechanisms. Finally, it emphasizes the key role of talent training and team building in promoting the transformation of financial management model, including the cultivation of digital skills and innovative thinking, the promotion of cross-departmental collaboration and cross-functional team building, and the establishment of continuous learning and knowledge updating mechanism.
