随着城市化进程的加速和建筑行业的蓬勃发展,建筑给排水系统作为建筑物内部不可或缺的基础设施,其重要性日益凸显。本文旨在探讨建筑给排水施工中的常见问题及其解决方案。从建筑给排水系统的基础理论出发,阐述了给排水系统的组成与功能、设计原则与标准、施工技术与质量控制以及环保与节能理念等相关内容。针对设计阶段、施工阶段、调试与验收阶段以及后期维护与管理等各个环节中常见的问题进行了深入分析,包括设计不合理、材料选型不当、管道安装不规范、施工质量控制不严、调试不充分、验收标准不明确以及后期维护不及时等问题。针对这些问题,本文提出了相应的解决方案,包括加强设计审查与科学选材、规范施工流程与强化施工人员培训、完善调试与验收措施以及提升后期维护与管理水平等。这些解决方案的实施,将有助于提升建筑给排水系统的整体性能,保障建筑功能的完整性,提升居住舒适度,并促进水资源的合理利用与节约。

Abstract
With the acceleration of urbanization and the vigorous development of the construction industry, the importance of building water supply and drainage system as an indispensable infrastructure in the building is increasingly prominent. The paper aims to explore the common problems in the construction of building water supply and drainage and their solutions. From the basic theory of the building water supply and drainage system, this paper expounds the composition and function of the water supply and drainage system, the design principles and standards, the construction technology and quality control, and the concept of environmental protection and energy saving. For design stage, construction stage, commissioning and acceptance stage and late maintenance and management of each link in the common problems were analyzed, including unreasonable design, improper material selection, pipeline installation is not standard, lax construction quality control, inadequate debugging, unclear acceptance criteria and late maintenance is not in time. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward the corresponding solutions, including strengthening the design review and scientific material selection, standardizing the construction process and strengthening the training of construction personnel, improving the commissioning and acceptance measures, and improving the maintenance and management level in the later stage. The implementation of these solutions will help to improve the overall performance of the building water supply and drainage system, ensure the integrity of the building functions, improve living comfort, and promote the rational use and conservation of water resources.
