加强我国食品质量与安全的问题与对策
摘 要
近年来,随着人们生活水平的提高和健康意识的增强,食品安全问题日益成为社会关注的焦点。我国作为食品生产和消费大国,食品质量与安全直接关系到公众健康、经济发展和社会稳定。本研究旨在深入分析我国食品质量与安全领域存在的问题,并提出相应的对策措施。研究首先明确了食品安全的定义与范畴,以及食品安全管理的基本理论框架。随后,从公众健康、经济发展和社会稳定三个维度阐述了食品质量与安全的重要性。在此基础上,研究针对我国食品质量与安全领域存在的法律法规与监管体系问题、生产加工环节问题、市场流通与消费环节问题以及信息追溯与应急响应问题进行了深入剖析。针对这些问题,研究提出了完善法律法规与监管体系、加强生产加工环节管理、完善市场流通与消费环节监管以及构建信息追溯与应急响应体系等对策措施。

PROBLEMS AND COUNTERMEASURES OF STRENGTHENING FOOD QUALITY AND SAFETY IN CHINA
ABSTRACT
In recent years, with the improvement of people's living standards and the enhancement of health awareness, food safety has increasingly become the focus of social concern. As a major food production and consumer, food quality and safety are directly related to public health, economic development and social stability. This study aims to analyze the problems in the field of food quality and safety in China and put forward corresponding countermeasures. The research first clarified the definition and category of food safety, as well as the basic theoretical fr amework of food safety management. Subsequently, the importance of food quality and safety is expounded from three dimensions of public health, economic development and social stability. On this basis, the research makes an in-depth analysis of the laws, regulations and regulations, supervision system problems, production and processing problems, market circulation and consumption problems in the field and information traceability and emergency response problems in food quality and safety in China. In view of these problems, the paper studies and put forward countermeasures such as improving laws, regulations and supervision system, strengthening the management of production and processing links, improving the supervision of market circulation and consumption links, and constructing the information traceability and emergency response system.
