摘 要
本研究旨在探讨幼儿园教师心理素质对幼儿心理健康的影响,强调提升教师心理素质以促进幼儿心理的健康发展。绪论部分概述了研究的背景、意义、国内外现状以及研究目的,指出在当前教育背景下,教师的心理素质不仅影响其教学质量,更直接影响幼儿的心理和情感发展。相关概念阐述中,详细解释了幼儿园教师心理素质的定义及其特殊性,同时介绍了幼儿心理健康的标准和特点,并讨论了心理健康对幼儿成长的重要性。通过深入分析,本研究指出教师的情绪稳定性、积极态度、社交技能以及应对压力能力对幼儿情绪调节、自信心建立、同伴关系和逆境适应能力的显著影响。研究进一步提出了具体的策略来提升教师的心理素质,包括加强教师心理健康教育与培训,构建和谐的园所文化环境,以及强化家园共育形成教育合力。这些策略目的在于通过提升教师的心理素质,间接促进幼儿心理健康的发展。本研究期望通过对幼儿园教师心理素质及其提升策略的探讨,能够引起教育管理者、教师以及家长对教师心理素质重要性的认识,并采取有效措施共同营造一个有利于幼儿心理健康发展的教育环境。最终,通过实施这些策略,不仅能提升教师的职业幸福感和教学效果,更能在幼儿园阶段为儿童的健康成长打下坚实的基础。

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of kindergarten teachers' mental quality on children's mental health, and emphasize the promotion of teachers' mental quality to promote the healthy development of children's mental health. The introduction summarizes the background, significance, current situation at home and abroad and the purpose of the research, and points out that under the current educational background, teachers' psychological quality not only affects their teaching quality, but also directly affects children's psychological and emotional development. In the elaboration of related concepts, the definition and particularity of kindergarten teachers' psychological quality are explained in detail, and the standards and characteristics of children's mental health are introduced, and the importance of mental health for children's growth is discussed. Through in-depth analysis, this study points out that teachers' emotional stability, positive attitude, social skills and ability to cope with pressure have significant effects on children's emotional regulation, self-confidence building, peer relationship and adaptability to adversity. The research further puts forward specific strategies to improve teachers' psychological quality, including strengthening teachers' mental health education and training, building a harmonious cultural environment in kindergartens, and strengthening home co-education to form educational synergy. The purpose of these strategies is to indirectly promote the development of children's mental health by improving teachers' psychological quality. Through the discussion of kindergarten teachers' psychological quality and its improvement strategies, this study is expected to arouse the awareness of educational administrators, teachers and parents on the importance of teachers' psychological quality, and take effective measures to jointly create an educational environment conducive to the healthy development of children's mental health. Finally, the implementation of these strategies can not only improve the professional happiness and teaching effect of teachers, but also lay a solid foundation for the healthy growth of children in the kindergarten stage.
