摘 要
本文深入探讨了幼儿园环境创设对幼儿学习动机的积极影响及其实践策略。首先,在绪论部分阐明了研究背景、意义及国内外现状,明确了环境创设在幼儿教育中的重要性。随后,从环境心理学、教育生态学和儿童发展理论三个维度构建了幼儿园环境创设的理论基础,为后续分析提供理论支撑。文章核心部分详细分析了环境创设对幼儿学习动机的直接影响,包括环境丰富性激发幼儿好奇心、色彩与布局吸引幼儿注意力、安全舒适环境构建学习安全感,以及个性化空间促进幼儿自我认同等。进一步地,文章对幼儿园环境创设进行了多维度解析,涵盖物理环境、心理环境及认知与学习环境的全面构建策略,强调了空间布局、色彩材质、安全卫生、师幼关系、同伴互动、情感氛围、学习材料丰富性等多个方面的重要性。在实践层面,本文提出了幼儿园环境创设的具体策略,包括定期举办主题环境创设活动、整合社区资源、创设多元文化体验区以及以幼儿兴趣为导向的个性化角落设计等,旨在为幼儿营造一个更加有利于学习、探索和成长的环境。

Abstract:This paper deeply discusses the positive influence of kindergarten environment creation on children's learning motivation and its practical strategies. Firstly, in the introduction part, the research background, significance and current situation at home and abroad are expounded, and the importance of environment creation in early childhood education is clarified. Then, from the three dimensions of environmental psychology, education ecology and child development theory, the theoretical basis of kindergarten environment creation is constructed to provide theoretical support for subsequent analysis. The core part of this paper analyzes in detail the direct impact of environment creation on children's learning motivation, including environmental richness to stimulate children's curiosity, color and layout to attract children's attention, safe and comfortable environment to build learning security, and personalized space to promote children's self-identity. Further, the paper analyzes the creation of kindergarten environment in multiple dimensions, including the overall construction strategy of physical environment, psychological environment and cognitive and learning environment, and emphasizes the importance of space layout, color material, safety and health, teacher-child relationship, peer interaction, emotional atmosphere, and learning material richness. At the practical level, this paper puts forward specific strategies for kindergarten environment creation, including regularly holding themed environment creation activities, integrating community resources, creating a multicultural experience area and personalized corner design oriented to children's interests, so as to create a more conducive environment for children to learn, explore and grow up.
