摘 要
全球化和市场经济的发展使得分销渠道成为连接生产者和消费者的关键环节,但其运作面临结构复杂、管理不善、信息滞后和物流效率低等挑战,影响企业竞争力。本研究旨在分析分销渠道效率低下的原因,并探索提升策略。研究发现,优化渠道结构、加强管理、强化信息化和提升物流效率是关键。提出的策略包括精简渠道层级、降低成本、加强合作、提高信息共享和优化物流网络,以全面提升渠道效率。这不仅为企业提供新思路,也为研究领域提供参考。

Abstract
The development of globalization and market economy makes the distribution channel a key link connecting producers and consumers, but its operation faces the challenges of complex structure, poor management, information lag and low logistics efficiency, which affects the competitiveness of enterprises. This study aims to analyze the reasons for the inefficiency of distribution channels and explore the promotion strategies. It is found that optimizing the channel structure, strengthening management, strengthening informatization and improving logistics efficiency are the key. The proposed strategies include streamlining the channel hierarchy, reducing costs, strengthening cooperation, improving information sharing and optimizing the logistics network to comprehensively improve the channel efficiency. This not only provides new ideas for enterprises, but also provides reference for the research field.
