摘 要
本论文旨在全面分析山区林业的发展现状、重要性、面临的困境及探索其发展出路。论文首先概述了山区林业资源的变化趋势、主要成就及分布特点，随后深入探讨了山区林业在维护生态平衡、促进经济发展与农民增收、推动可持续发展与绿色转型方面的重要作用。然而，山区林业发展也面临着生物多样性受损、资源有限、经济效益低下以及技术水平落后等多重困境。针对这些问题，论文提出了实施生态保护红线制度、优化资源配置、发展特色林业产业以及加强科技支撑等策略，以期探索出适合山区林业发展的新路径。通过本研究，我们期望能够为山区林业的可持续发展提供科学依据和实践指导，促进山区林业的绿色转型与长远发展，同时实现生态、经济与社会效益的全面提升，为山区居民创造更好的生产生活条件，也为全球生态安全与气候变化应对贡献力量。

Abstract
This paper aims to comprehensively analyze the development status, importance and dilemma of mountain forestry and explore its development way out. The paper first summarizes the change trend, main achievements and distribution characteristics of forestry resources in mountainous areas, and then discusses the important role of mountain forestry in maintaining ecological balance, promoting economic development and increasing farmers' income, and promoting sustainable development and green transformation. However, the development of forestry in mountainous areas is also faced with multiple difficulties such as damaged biodiversity diversity, limited resources, low economic benefit and backward technical level. In view of these problems, the paper puts forward the strategies of implementing ecological protection red line system, optimizing resource allocation, developing characteristic forestry industry and strengthening scientific and technological support, in order to explore a new path suitable for the development of forestry in mountainous areas. Through this study, we expect to provide the scientific basis for the sustainable development of mountain forestry and practical guidance, promote mountain forestry green transformation and long-term development, and ecological, improve the economic and social benefits, create better production and living conditions for mountain residents, also contribute to global ecological security and climate change response.
