本文旨在探讨城市森林生态系统的构建与功能提升策略。首先,界定城市森林生态系统的概念,阐述其主要特征和生态系统的基本功能。接着,详细分析城市森林生态系统的构建原则,包括生态优先、因地制宜和可持续发展原则,为构建过程提供理论指导。在此基础上,深入探讨城市森林生态系统的构建方法,包括规划与设计、建设与实施以及管理与维护等环节。最后,重点研究城市森林生态系统的功能提升策略,从生态功能提升、社会功能拓展和经济功能挖掘三个方面入手,提出具体的策略和方法。本研究通过理论分析与实证研究相结合,旨在为城市森林生态系统的构建和功能提升提供科学依据和实践指导,推动城市绿色发展和生态文明建设。研究成果对于促进城市可持续发展、提升居民生活质量具有重要意义。

Abstract
This paper focuses on the key problems and improvement measures in engineering quality control. First of all, the definition, main links and theoretical basis of engineering quality control are summarized, and its important role in ensuring the engineering quality and safety, improving the economic benefits of the project and promoting the standardized development of the industry is clarified. Subsequently, the key problems of the current project quality control, including the supervision is not in place, ineffective rectification, material inspection is not comprehensive and the construction technology is backward, these problems seriously restrict the improvement of the project quality. For the above problems, this paper puts forward targeted improvement strategies, including strengthening supervision to ensure the comprehensiveness and effectiveness of engineering quality control, clear rectification responsibility to promote the problem solved in time, improve the inspection process to improve the accuracy of material quality control, and the promotion of advanced construction technology to improve the construction efficiency and engineering quality. Through the implementation of these strategies, it is expected to significantly improve the effectiveness of engineering quality monitoring and provide strong support for the sustainable development of the construction industry. The research results are of great significance for promoting the improvement of the engineering quality monitoring system and enhancing the overall competitiveness of the construction industry.
