摘 要
在数字化时代,电子游戏是青少年的主要娱乐方式之一。本文探讨了游戏成瘾的心理机制、生理和社会影响,以及预防策略。研究揭示了游戏成瘾的心理依赖过程,分析了社交因素的关键作用,包括在线互动、社区归属感、社交比较和逃避现实倾向。文章还讨论了游戏成瘾对大脑、生理健康和睡眠质量的负面影响,以及其对家庭、学业、社交功能和社会认知的广泛影响。针对游戏成瘾,提出了多维度的预防策略,包括家庭和学校层面的父母榜样作用、游戏行为引导、心理健康教育和积极学习氛围的营造,以及个体层面的健康自我认知、情绪调节和压力应对策略。此外,文章呼吁建立健康的游戏环境,完善游戏分级制度,强化防沉迷系统,并从社会政策角度提出加强青少年保护法规、游戏行业监管和家庭教育支持等建议,以形成全社会共同参与的防治体系。

Psychological mechanism of game addiction and its prevention strategy

Abstract:In the digital age, video games are one of the main forms of entertainment for teenagers. This paper explores the psychological mechanisms, physiological and social effects of gaming addiction, and prevention strategies. The study sheds light on the psychological dependence process of gaming addiction and analyzes the key role of social factors, including online interaction, community belonging, social comparison, and escapist tendencies. The article also discusses the negative effects of gaming addiction on the brain, physical health, and sleep quality, as well as its wide-ranging effects on family, schoolwork, social functioning, and social cognition. A multi-dimensional prevention strategy for game addiction was proposed, including parental role model at family and school level, game behavior guidance, mental health education and positive learning atmosphere, and healthy self-cognition, emotional regulation and stress coping strategies at individual level. In addition, the article calls for the establishment of a healthy game environment, the improvement of the game rating system, the strengthening of the anti-addiction system, and from the perspective of social policy, the strengthening of juvenile protection laws and regulations, the supervision of the game industry and family education support suggestions, so as to form a prevention and control system with the participation of the whole society.
