测绘新技术在测绘工程中应用的常见问题及对策
摘要
本文深入探讨了测绘新技术在测绘工程中应用的常见问题及其对策。概述了当前测绘领域的三大核心技术——GPS技术、GIS技术和RS技术。针对GPS技术,主要探讨了数据安全问题及精准性提升难题;GIS技术方面,则重点关注了三维模型可视化效果及数据整合处理的复杂性;RS技术则受天气因素影响显著,且数据处理与解析技术尚需进一步完善。此外,还提出了测绘人员专业素质不一及测绘设备老化等共性问题。针对上述问题,提出了相应的对策。为提高GPS技术应用效果,建议实施一体化管理以保障数据安全,并优化系统设计以提升数据精准性;针对GIS技术,建议合理应用辅助软件以提升三维建模能力,并加强数据整合与处理能力以提高系统兼容性;对于RS技术,则应避免在恶劣天气下使用,并加强数据处理与解析能力以提高测绘精度。同时,提出完善测绘新技术应用的基础规划、加强测绘人员专业培训与考核等综合对策,以确保测绘工程的高质量完成。

Abstract
This paper discusses the common problems and countermeasures of new surveying and mapping technology in surveying and mapping engineering. It summarizes the three core technologies in the field of surveying and mapping, —— GPS technology, GIS technology and RS technology. For GPS technology, data security and accuracy are discussed; GIS technology is the complexity of data integration; RS technology is significantly affected by weather factors, and the data processing and analysis technology need to be further improved. In addition, the common problems such as the different professional quality of surveying and mapping personnel and the aging of surveying and mapping equipment are also put forward. In view of the above problems, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward. In order to improve the application effect of GPS technology, it is suggested to implement integrated management to ensure data security and optimize system design to improve data accuracy; for GIS technology, it is suggested to rationally apply auxiliary software to improve 3 D modeling capability and strengthen data integration and processing capability to improve system compatibility; for RS technology, it should be avoided in bad weather, and data processing and analysis capability should be strengthened to improve the mapping accuracy. At the same time, the comprehensive countermeasures, such as improving the basic planning of the application of new surveying and mapping technology and strengthening the professional training and assessment of surveying and mapping personnel, are proposed to ensure the high-quality completion of surveying and mapping engineering.
