摘 要
随着现代测绘技术的快速发展,各类新型测绘手段在工程实践中的应用日益广泛,但其在实际操作中仍面临诸多问题亟待解决。本研究旨在探讨当前测绘新技术在测绘工程应用中的常见问题,并提出针对性的优化对策。通过对国内外相关文献的系统梳理以及实地调研数据的分析,本文总结了包括数据精度不足、设备兼容性差、技术集成度低以及专业人才匮乏在内的主要问题。研究采用定性与定量相结合的方法,结合具体案例分析,深入剖析了这些问题产生的根源及其对测绘工程效率和质量的影响。在此基础上,本文提出了加强技术创新、完善设备标准化建设、推动多源数据融合以及强化人才培养等综合解决方案。研究结果表明,通过优化技术流程和提升人员技能水平,可以显著改善测绘工程的实施效果。本文的主要创新点在于首次系统地归纳了测绘新技术应用中的关键障碍,并从技术、管理和教育三个维度构建了全面的改进框架,为行业提供了具有实践指导意义的参考方案。这一研究成果不仅有助于提升测绘工程的技术水平,也为未来相关领域的研究奠定了理论基础。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of modern surveying and mapping technologies, various new methods have been increasingly applied in engineering practices. However, numerous challenges remain in their practical implementation that require immediate attention. This study aims to investigate common issues associated with the application of new surveying and mapping technologies in engineering contexts and propose targeted optimization strategies. By systematically reviewing relevant domestic and international literature and analyzing field research data, this paper identifies major problems, including insufficient data accuracy, poor equipment compatibility, low technological integration, and a shortage of specialized talents. A combination of qualitative and quantitative methods was employed, along with case-specific analyses, to delve into the root causes of these issues and their impacts on the efficiency and quality of surveying and mapping projects. Based on these findings, comprehensive solutions are proposed, such as enhancing technological innovation, improving standardized equipment construction, promoting multi-source data fusion, and strengthening talent cultivation. The results indicate that optimizing technical processes and elevating personnel skill levels can significantly enhance the effectiveness of surveying and mapping projects. The primary innovation of this study lies in its systematic summarization of key barriers in the application of new surveying and mapping technologies and the establishment of an integrated improvement fr amework from three dimensions: technology, management, and education. This provides a practically instructive reference for the industry. This research not only contributes to advancing the technical level of surveying and mapping engineering but also lays a theoretical foundation for future studies in related fields.
