摘 要
全球水资源短缺问题日益严重，迫切需要创新的水资源管理方法以实现可持续利用。生态补偿机制作为新策略，已被应用于水资源管理。本研究通过广泛调研和案例分析，探讨了生态补偿机制在缓解水资源危机、保护生态系统服务和公众利益方面的重要性。研究首先介绍了背景和意义，然后定义了生态补偿机制，并分析了其类型。同时，文章讨论了中国水资源管理现状和生态影响，强调了生态补偿的必要性。通过案例分析，研究揭示了水权交易、生态水价、水资源计量监测和多元化补偿模式等策略的有效性，并总结了生态补偿机制的实践意义，提出了未来研究方向。

Abstract
Global water scarcity is a growing problem, and innovative approaches to water management are urgently needed to achieve sustainable use. As a new strategy, ecological compensation mechanism has been applied to water resources management. Through extensive research and case studies, this study explores the importance of ecological compensation mechanisms in alleviating water crisis, protecting ecosystem services and the public interest. The research first introduces the background and significance, then defines the ecological compensation mechanism and analyzes its types. At the same time, the present situation and ecological impact of water resources management in China are discussed, and the necessity of ecological compensation is emphasized. Through case analysis, the study reveals the effectiveness of strategies such as water rights trading, ecological water price, water resources measurement and monitoring, and diversified compensation models, and summarizes the practical significance of ecological compensation mechanism, and puts forward future research directions.
