Abstract
This paper comprehensively analyzes the application status, challenges and countermeasures of agile management in the fast-changing and competitive market environment. With technological innovation and rapid changes in consumer needs, companies must be highly flexible and adaptable to deal with market uncertainty and complexity. Enterprise agile management, as a new management mode, provides a strong competitive advantage for enterprises through rapid response to market changes, optimization of internal processes, strengthening team cooperation and technological innovation. This paper first defines the definition, characteristics and core elements of enterprise agile management, and makes an in-depth comparison with the traditional management mode, revealing the unique advantages of agile management in coping with market changes. Then, it elaborates on the specific application strategies of agile management in the fast-changing market, including flexibly adjusting organizational structure to adapt to market changes, optimizing internal processes to improve operational efficiency, actively introducing technological innovation to enhance market competitiveness, and strengthening team collaboration and communication to promote knowledge sharing and decision-making efficiency. However, this article also points out the problems that Agile management may encounter in practical application, such as the lack of leadership and team capabilities, the obstacles of organizational culture transformation, the limitations of technical and tool support, and how to maintain agility while ensuring the stability of the enterprise. The paper makes a series of optimization recommendations, including strengthening leadership training, establishing cross-functional collaboration mechanisms, promoting a more open and innovative organizational culture, increasing investment in advanced technologies and tools, and developing flexible risk management and business continuity plans.
