摘 要
随着科技的快速发展,可穿戴健康监测设备在医疗健康领域的应用日益广泛。本文深入探讨了这些设备在健康监测中的实际应用、挑战以及优化策略。首先,本文介绍了可穿戴健康监测设备的定义、类型及其工作原理,详细阐述了它们在心血管健康监测、睡眠质量监测、生物参数实时监测以及个性化健康管理等方面的应用。这些设备通过实时收集和分析用户的生理数据,为医疗健康领域提供了全新的监测和管理手段。然而,随着可穿戴健康监测设备的广泛应用,也暴露出了一些问题。数据准确性与可靠性问题、隐私保护与数据安全、用户接受度与舒适度以及医疗认证与法规要求等挑战逐渐凸显。为了解决这些问题,本文提出了一系列优化建议。在提升数据准确性与可靠性方面,建议优化传感器设计与校准,引入人工智能算法进行数据分析,并建立多源数据验证机制。

Abstract
With the rapid development of science and technology, wearable health monitoring equipment is increasingly widely used in the field of medical health. The practical applications, challenges and optimization strategies of these devices in health monitoring are discussed in this paper. Firstly, this paper introduces the definition, type and working principle of wearable health monitoring devices, and elaborates their applications in cardiovascular health monitoring, sleep quality monitoring, real-time monitoring of biological parameters and personalized health management. By collecting and analyzing users' physiological data in real time, these devices provide a new way to monitor and manage health care. However, with the wide application of wearable health monitoring devices, some problems have also been exposed. Challenges such as data accuracy and reliability issues, privacy protection and data security, user acceptance and comfort, and medical certification and regulatory requirements are emerging. In order to solve these problems, this paper puts forward a series of optimization suggestions. In terms of improving data accuracy and reliability, it is recommended to optimize sensor design and calibration, introduce artificial intelligence algorithms for data analysis, and establish a multi-source data verification mechanism.
