Abstract


This paper studies the operation and management of e-commerce platform in the era of mobile Internet through the method of literature and case analysis, and discusses the strategy of optimizing the operation and management of e-commerce platform as well as its practical application significance and enlightenment to enterprises. Firstly, the concept and development trend of e-commerce platform are introduced, and the challenges and opportunities brought by mobile Internet are analyzed. Secondly, it deeply discusses the relevant concepts and theories of the operation management of the e-commerce platform, and analyzes the current situation of the operation management of the e-commerce platform. Finally, it puts forward some strategies to optimize the operation and management of e-commerce platform, including improving product quality management, enhancing the effect of marketing strategy and optimizing logistics distribution management. These strategies can more effectively improve the quality and efficiency of the operation and management of e-commerce platforms and promote the sound development of enterprises.
