随着全球化和产业链分工的加深，供应链管理成为企业竞争的关键。然而，传统的供应链管理存在着信息不对称、信息孤岛、信息安全等问题，以及应对全球化交易的币种跨境支付、第三方过多等挑战。区块链技术作为一种分布式数据库和加密算法技术，能够突破传统供应链管理中存在的难点，在物流、订单和资金管理等方面实现可追溯、多方共享、安全高效等优势。本文将介绍区块链技术在供应链管理中的应用原理、模型设计，以及案例验证。首先，本文将介绍区块链技术基本概念、实现原理，及其在供应链管理上的优势。其次，对传统供应链管理存在的信息不对称、信息孤岛、信息安全等问题，以及全球化交易的挑战进行分析。接着，设计基于区块链技术的供应链管理模型，包括物流、订单、资金管理等方面。最后，通过案例分析和实现验证基于区块链技术的供应链管理模型的可行性和效果，以及对未来应用的展望。本文的重点是探讨区块链技术在供应链管理中的优势及应用，以期为企业提供一种新的思路和实践方案，以应对全球化竞争和挑战。

Abstract
With the deepening of globalization and industrial chain division of labor, supply chain management has become the key to enterprise competition. However, the traditional supply chain management has problems such as information asymmetry, information silo, information security, etc., as well as challenges such as cross-border currency payments and too many third parties to deal with global transactions. Blockchain technology, as a distributed database and encryption algorithm technology, can overcome the difficulties in traditional supply chain management and achieve advantages such as traceability, multi-party sharing, security and efficiency in logistics, order and fund management. This article will introduce the application principle, model design, and case validation of blockchain technology in supply chain management. Firstly, this article will introduce the basic concepts, implementation principles, and advantages of blockchain technology in supply chain management. Secondly, it analyzes the information asymmetry, information silo, information security and other problems existing in traditional supply chain management, as well as the challenges of global transactions. Next, design a supply chain management model based on blockchain technology, including logistics, order management, fund management, and other aspects. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the supply chain management model based on blockchain technology are verified through case analysis and implementation, as well as the prospects for future applications. The focus of this article is to explore the advantages and applications of blockchain technology in supply chain management, in order to provide enterprises with a new approach and practical solution to cope with global competition and challenges.
