摘 要
本文探讨了员工忠诚度的相关概述,分析了员工忠诚度下降对企业造成的多方面影响,包括人力资源成本增加、企业形象与声誉受损以及运营效率与创新下降。通过对企业员工忠诚度下降的具体原因进行深入剖析,发现薪酬福利体系不完善、企业文化与员工价值观不匹配、职业发展机会受限以及工作环境与氛围不佳是主要原因。为提升企业员工忠诚度,本文提出了优化薪酬福利体系、塑造与员工价值观匹配的企业文化、拓宽职业发展路径以及改善工作环境与氛围等对策。这些对策旨在帮助企业建立更加积极、健康的工作环境,增强员工的归属感和忠诚度,从而促进企业的稳定发展。

Abstract
This paper discusses an overview of employee loyalty, and analyzes the various effects of decreased employee loyalty, including increased human resource cost, damaged corporate image and reputation, and decreased operational efficiency and innovation. Through in-depth analysis of the specific reasons for the decline of employee loyalty, it is found that the imperfect salary and welfare system, the mismatch between corporate culture and employees' values, limited career development opportunities and poor working environment and atmosphere are the main reasons. In order to enhance the loyalty of the employees, this paper puts forward the countermeasures such as optimizing the salary and welfare system, shaping the corporate culture matching with the employees' values, broadening the career development path and improving the working environment and atmosphere. These countermeasures aim to help enterprises establish a more positive and healthy working environment, enhance the sense of belonging and loyalty of employees, so as to promote the stable development of enterprises.
