当前,我国中小学法制教育在推进过程中存在诸多问题,亟待改进。本研究深入探讨了中小学法制教育的现状及其面临的挑战,主要包括学校对法制教育重视程度不足、教育方式单一且缺乏针对性、师资力量薄弱以及教材内容实用性不强等核心问题。这些问题不仅影响了法制教育的质量,也制约了学生法治意识和法律素养的培养。为此,本文提出了一系列针对性的改进策略:通过提升学校及家长对法制教育的认识,将其纳入学校考核体系,以强化教育主体对法制教育的重视;创新教育方式方法,引入互动式教学和实践活动,提高学生的学习兴趣和实践能力;加强师资培训,引进法律专业人才,建立激励机制,以提升师资队伍的整体素质;同时,及时更新教材内容,增加案例分析和开发辅助教材,确保教学内容的时效性和实用性。这些策略旨在全面提升中小学法制教育的质量和效果,培养学生的成为知法、懂法、守法、用法的好公民,为构建和谐社会奠定坚实的法治基础。本研究不仅揭示了中小学法制教育的现状和问题,更为其改进提供了理论支持和实践指导,对于推动我国青少年法治教育的发展具有重要意义。

Abstract


At present, there are many problems in the process of promoting the legal education in primary and secondary schools in China, which need to be improved urgently. This study deeply discusses the current situation and challenges of legal education in primary and secondary schools, mainly including the core problems such as insufficient attention to legal education in schools, single education methods and lack of pertinence, weak teachers and weak practicability of teaching materials. These problems not only affect the quality of legal education, but also restrict the cultivation of students' awareness of law and legal literacy. To this end, this paper puts forward a series of targeted improvement strategies: enhance the understanding of schools and parents of legal education and incorporate it into the school assessment system, to strengthen the importance of legal education; innovate education methods, introduce interactive teaching and practice activities, improve students' interest in learning and practical ability, strengthen teacher training, introduce legal professionals, establish incentive mechanism to improve the overall quality of the teaching staff, timely update the content of teaching materials, increase case analysis and develop auxiliary teaching materials to ensure the timeliness and practicability of the teaching content. These strategies aim to comprehensively improve the quality and effect of legal education in primary and secondary schools, cultivate students to become good citizens who know, understand, abide by and use the law, and lay a solid legal foundation for the construction of a harmonious society. This study not only reveals the current situation and problems of legal education in primary and secondary schools, but also provides theoretical support and practical guidance for its improvement, which is of great significance for promoting the development of legal education for young people in China.
