Abstract
This paper analyzes the problems in the teaching process of ideological and political theory in universities and puts forward the corresponding solutions. Through a comprehensive review of the current teaching situation of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities, this paper finds a series of problems, including the lag of teaching content, the simplicity of teaching methods, the lack of teachers and the low participation of students. The existence of these problems not only affects the teaching effect, but also limits the comprehensive development of students' ideological and political quality. This paper further analyzes the multiple factors that affect the teaching effect, such as the change of social environment, the restriction of educational policy, the difference of teachers 'personal quality and the diversity of students' individual needs. On this basis, this paper draws on the successful experience of ideological and political theory teaching at home and abroad, and puts forward a series of innovative countermeasures. These countermeasures include updating the teaching content to adapt to the development of The Times, adopting diversified teaching methods to enhance the classroom interaction, strengthening the construction of teachers to improve the professional quality of teachers, and establishing an effective incentive mechanism to improve students' participation.
