基于家校共育的小学生养成教育研究

摘要

本研究主要探讨了家校共育的理论基础及其在小学生养成教育中的实践意义。对家校共育的概念进行了明确的界定,详细阐述了其内涵和外延,并与其他教育模式进行了比较分析。通过教育学、心理学和社会学等多视角的探讨,我们揭示了家校共育的理论依据,强调了家校共育在学生教育过程中的重要作用。分析了家校共育的实践意义,指出家校共育对学生个体发展具有深远影响,包括学业成绩、品德修养和心理健康等方面。家校共育能够促进学校教育工作的发展,提高教学质量和优化教育环境。家校共育还能提升家庭教育水平,改善家庭教育环境,为孩子的成长提供更好的支持。基于家校共育的小学生养成教育存在一些问题。这些问题主要包括亲师沟通短板、价值观差异、家长教育水平参差不齐以及学生与家长互动不足等。这些问题的存在限制了家校共育作用的发挥,影响了小学生养成教育的效果。针对这些问题提出了相应的解决策略,通过强化亲师沟通渠道,加强家长和教师之间的交流和合作。增进价值观共识,使家长和学校在教育理念上保持一致。提升家长教育水平,提高家长参与孩子教育的能力和水平,加强学生与家长互动,培养学生的家庭责任感和自主性。

Abstract


This study mainly explores the theoretical basis of home school co education and its practical significance in primary school student development education. The concept of home school co education has been clearly defined, its connotation and extension have been elaborated in detail, and compared and analyzed with other educational models. Through exploration from multiple perspectives such as education, psychology, and sociology, we have revealed the theoretical basis for home school co education and emphasized the important role of home school co education in the process of student education. The practical significance of home school co education was analyzed, and it was pointed out that home school co education has a profound impact on the individual development of students, including academic performance, moral cultivation, and mental health. Home school co education can promote the development of school education, improve teaching quality, and optimize the educational environment. Home school co education can also enhance the level of family education, improve the family education environment, and provide better support for children's growth. There are some problems in the development education of primary school students based on home school co education. These issues mainly include communication gaps between parents and teachers, differences in values, uneven levels of parental education, and insufficient interaction between students and parents. The existence of these problems limits the role of home school co education and affects the effectiveness of elementary school development education. Corresponding solutions have been proposed to address these issues by strengthening communication channels between parents and teachers, and enhancing communication and cooperation between parents and teachers. Enhance consensus on values and ensure consistency between parents and schools in educational philosophy. Improve the level of parental education, enhance the ability and level of parental participation in children's education, strengthen interaction between students and parents, and cultivate students' sense of family responsibility and autonomy.
