粉煤灰是一种重要的混凝土掺合料,可以提高混凝土的强度和硬度。粉煤灰预处理技术是一个关键的环节,它可以去除颗粒粗大、含杂质、包括过多水分的粉煤灰,提升其均匀性和活性,从而提高混凝土的稳定性和品质。粉煤灰预处理技术通常采用烘干、筛分、磨制和激发等方法。在施工中,需要控制混凝土的配合比例、水灰比和粉煤灰掺量等关键技术指标,保证粉煤灰在混凝土中的充分使用。此外,还需要进行养护和质量监控,保证混凝土的强度和稳定性。粉煤灰预处理技术和混凝土施工之间的协调关系是一个复杂而又细致的工作,需要施工人员具备一定的技术水平和严格执行标准要求,才能确保工程质量和稳定性的提升。

Abstract
Fly ash is an important concrete admixture, which can improve the strength and hardness of concrete. Fly ash pretreatment technology is a key link, it can remove coarse particles, containing impurities, including excessive moisture of fly ash, improve its uniformity and activity, so as to improve the stability and quality of concrete. Fly ash pretreatment technology usually adopts drying, screening, grinding and excitation methods. In construction, it is necessary to control the concrete proportion, water ash ratio and fly ash dosage and other key technical indicators to ensure the full use of fly ash in concrete. In addition, maintenance and quality monitoring are also needed to ensure the strength and stability of the concrete. The coordination relationship between fly ash pretreatment technology and concrete construction is a complex and meticulous work, which requires the construction personnel to have a certain technical level and strict implementation of standard requirements, in order to ensure the quality and stability of the project.
