摘 要
本文探讨了现代微生物技术在城市污水处理中的应用及其存在的问题。首先,概述了城市污水的来源与特性、污水处理的基本方法与原理以及微生物技术的基本原理与分类。随后,详细介绍了活性污泥法、生物膜法、固定化微生物技术和厌氧生物处理技术等现代微生物技术在城市污水处理中的具体应用。然而,现代微生物技术在城市污水处理应用中面临着一系列问题,如微生物种群结构单一与适应性差、水质波动对微生物降解能力的影响、营养物质的限制以及技术成本与维护难度等。为解决这些问题,本文提出了一系列优化措施,包括增强微生物种群多样性与适应性、建立水质波动应对机制、实现营养物质供应与平衡以及降低技术成本与维护难度等。本文的研究不仅为现代微生物技术在城市污水处理中的应用提供了理论支持,也为未来的污水处理技术发展提供了新的思路和方法。通过不断的优化与创新,现代微生物技术将在城市污水处理领域发挥更大的作用,实现更高效、更环保的污水处理目标。

APPLICATION OF MODERN MICROBIAL TECHNOLOGY IN URBAN SEWAGE TREATMENT
ABSTRACT
This paper discusses the application and existing problems of modern microbial technology in urban sewage treatment. Firstly, the source and characteristics of municipal sewage, the basic methods and principles of sewage treatment and the basic principles and classification of microbial technology are summarized. Then, the application of modern microbial technology such as activated sludge method, biofilm method, immobilized microorganism technology and anaerobic biological treatment technology in urban sewage treatment is introduced in detail. However, modern microbial technology is faced with a series of problems in the application of urban sewage treatment, such as the single microbial population structure and poor adaptability, the impact of water quality fluctuations on microbial degradation ability, the limitation of nutrients, and the technical cost and maintenance difficulty. In order to solve these problems, this paper proposes a series of optimization measures, including enhancing the diversity and adaptability of microbial populations, establishing a response mechanism to water quality fluctuations, achieving nutrient supply and balance, and reducing technical cost and maintenance difficulty. The research in this paper not only provides theoretical support for the application of modern microbial technology in urban sewage treatment, but also provides new ideas and methods for the future development of sewage treatment technology. Through continuous optimization and innovation, modern microbial technology will play a greater role in the field of urban sewage treatment, and achieve more efficient and environmentally friendly sewage treatment goals.
