本研究探讨了自动化技术在智能农业装备中的应用和理论基础,分类了智能农业装备,并阐述了自动化技术原理,如传感器技术、控制逻辑与执行机构。分析了自动化系统组成,包括数据采集与传输、处理与用户界面等。面对高成本、技术复杂性、环境适应性及数据安全等挑战,提出了降低成本、简化操作、增强环境适应性和强化数据保护等对策。研究了精准农业机械、无人驾驶农机系统、智能监测与管理设备及自动化植物栽培系统等应用实例,这些提高了农业生产效率和精度,降低了成本,促进了可持续发展。本研究深入理解了自动化技术在智能农业装备中的应用现状、挑战与对策,有助于推动自动化技术在农业领域的应用,促进农业现代化,并为未来研究提供理论和实践指导。

APPLICATION RESEARCH OF AUTOMATION TECHNOLOGY IN INTELLIGENT AGRICULTURAL EQUIPMENT
ABSTRACT
This study discusses the application and theoretical basis of automation technology in intelligent agricultural equipment, classifies intelligent agricultural equipment, and expounds the principles of automation technology, such as sensor technology, control logic and actuator. The composition of the automation system is analyzed, including data acquisition and transmission, processing and user interface. Facing the challenges of high cost, technical complexity, environmental adaptability and data security, the paper puts forward the countermeasures such as reducing cost, simplifying operation, enhancing environmental adaptability and strengthening data protection. The application examples of precision agricultural machinery, unmanned agricultural machinery system, intelligent monitoring and management equipment, and automatic plant cultivation system are studied, which improve the efficiency and accuracy of agricultural production, reduce the cost, and promote the sustainable development. This study provides a deep understanding of the application status, challenges and countermeasures of automation technology in intelligent agricultural equipment, helps to promote the application of automation technology in the agricultural field, promote agricultural modernization, and provide theoretical and practical guidance for future research.
