农业机械作业过程中的能耗优化策略研究
摘 要
随着全球农业生产对能源需求的不断增加,农业机械作业过程中的能耗问题日益突出。本研究旨在通过优化农业机械的作业策略,降低能耗并提高生产效率。研究首先分析了不同类型农业机械在典型作业环境下的能耗特征,结合中国多个地区的农田数据,构建了能耗模型。基于此模型,提出了基于时间调度和路径优化的多目标优化算法,以实现作业过程中的能耗最小化和效率最大化。实验结果表明,该算法在不同作业场景下均能显著降低能耗,平均节能率达到15.3%。此外,研究还探讨了智能传感器和物联网技术在实时监测与调控中的应用,进一步提升了优化效果。本研究的创新点在于将多目标优化理论与实际农业作业相结合,提出了适用于复杂农田环境的能耗优化策略。

RESEARCH ON ENERGY CONSUMPTION OPTIMIZATION STRATEGY DURING THE OPERATION OF AGRICULTURAL MACHINERY
ABSTRACT
With the increasing demand for energy in global agricultural production, the problem of energy consumption in the process of agricultural machinery operation has become increasingly prominent. The present study aims to reduce energy consumption and improve production efficiency by optimizing the operation strategy for agricultural machinery. The study first analyzes the energy consumption characteristics of different types of agricultural machinery in the typical operating environment, and constructs the energy consumption model based on the farmland data of many regions in China. Based on this model, a multi-ob jective optimization algorithm based on time scheduling and path optimization is proposed to minimize energy consumption and maximize efficiency during the operation. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can significantly reduce the energy consumption in different operation scenarios, with an average energy saving rate of 15.3%. In addition, the study also discusses the application of intelligent sensors and Internet of Things technology in real-time monitoring and regulation, which further improves the optimization effect. The innovation of this study is the combination of multi-ob jective optimization theory with practical agricultural operations, and the energy consumption optimization strategy suitable for complex farmland environment.
