Abstract
In this article, the author mainly researches on the supervision of fake legal advertising, and discusses the types, harmfulness and the construction of the supervisory system and the challenge. Meanwhile, the paper analyses the function and duty of electronic commerce platform in the supervision of false legal advertisement on the Internet, and gives some solutions. The results show that the dissemination of false legal advertising is widespread and complicated, which seriously harms consumers' rights and social fairness. Though there are a lot of laws, rules and regulations, but the overall effect and coordination mechanism are not perfect. Some measures are proposed in this paper, such as perfecting the supervision system, supervising the technology measures, setting up the supervision mechanism of consumer rights, and strengthening the electronic commerce platform. Finally, it also looks forward to the future research and development trend. The study of this thesis is significant for the supervision of the online fake legal advertising, the protection of consumers' rights, and the protection of social fairness.
