本文概述了森林资源理论，包括定义、分类和可持续利用概念。森林资源是林地和森林有机体的总称，对生态平衡和生物多样性至关重要。它分为防护林、用材林等多种类型。可持续利用强调满足当代需求而不损害后代利益。在利用中，公平性、持续性和共同性原则至关重要。森林资源的可持续利用对生态系统有重要作用，如维护生态平衡和改善环境。但面临总量不足、供需矛盾、破坏严重和管理体制不完善等挑战。应对策略包括加强培育、市场需求管理、执法力度和监管机制，以实现可持续利用和促进经济社会可持续发展。

CHALLENGES AND COPING STRATEGIES FOR THE SUSTAINABLE UTILIZATION OF FOREST RESOURCES
ABSTRACT
This paper provides an overview of forest resource theory, including definition, classification, and sustainable utilization concepts. Forest resources are a general term for woodland and forest organisms, crucial for ecological balance and biodiversity. It is divided into shelter forest, timber forest and other types. Sustainable use emphasizes meeting contemporary needs without harming future generations. In utilization, the principles of equity, sustainability and commonality are crucial. The sustainable utilization of forest resources plays an important role in ecosystems, such as maintaining the ecological balance and improving the environment. However, it faces challenges such as total shortage, contradiction between supply and demand, serious damage and imperfect management system. Coping strategies include strengthening cultivation, market demand management, law enforcement and regulatory mechanisms to achieve sustainable utilization and promote sustainable economic and social development.
