“双减”背景下小学课后服务实施中存在的问题及对策
双减政策旨在减轻学生的作业负担和校外培训负担,为小学生提供更加健康、全面的成长环境。政策出台的背景反映了当前教育领域存在的问题,包括学生压力过大、课外负担过重等。双减政策的主要内容聚焦于减轻学生的作业负担,并对校外培训机构进行规范,以确保学生的身心健康和全面发展。在小学阶段,双减政策的实施现状显示,政策得到了广泛响应和初步落实。随着政策的深入,小学课后服务也受到了显著影响。首先,课后服务的内容与形式得到了丰富,学校通过整体规划设计,提供了多样化的服务项目,满足了学生的个性化需求。其次,课后服务的吸引力与效果得到提升,教师因材施教,学生人人平等,课后服务不仅提升了学生的学业成绩,还增强了他们的自信心和社交能力。最后,家校合作与共赢的局面初步形成,学校尊重家长意愿,家长也积极配合“双减”工作,共同促进学生的健康成长。然而,在“双减”背景下,小学课后服务的实施中也存在一些问题。课后服务内容单一、缺乏灵活性,资金来源渠道有限、经费不足,家校协同性不高、社会支持匮乏,以及课后服务管理不规范、缺乏有效监管等问题亟待解决。针对这些问题,建议通过丰富课后服务内容、拓宽资金来源渠道、加强家校沟通与合作、完善课后服务管理体系等对策进行优化和改进,以更好地发挥课后服务在促进学生全面发展中的作用。

Abstract
The dual reduction policy aims to reduce the homework and off campus training burden on students, providing a healthier and more comprehensive growth environment for primary school students. The background of policy implementation reflects the current problems in the field of education, including excessive student pressure and heavy extracurricular burden. The main content of the dual reduction policy focuses on reducing the homework burden on students and regulating off campus training institutions to ensure the physical and mental health and comprehensive development of students. In the primary school stage, the implementation status of the double reduction policy shows that the policy has received widespread response and initial implementation. With the deepening of policies, after-school services in primary schools have also been significantly affected. Firstly, the content and form of after-school services have been enriched, and the school has provided diversified service projects through overall planning and design, meeting the personalized needs of students. Secondly, the attractiveness and effectiveness of after-school services have been enhanced. Teachers teach according to their aptitude, and students are all equal. after-school services not only improve students' academic performance, but also enhance their confidence and social skills. Finally, a preliminary situation of cooperation and win-win between families and schools has been formed. Schools respect the wishes of parents, and parents actively cooperate with the "double reduction" work to jointly promote the healthy growth of students. However, in the context of "double reduction", there are also some problems in the implementation of after-school services in primary schools. The problems of single content and lack of flexibility in after-school services, limited funding channels, insufficient funding, low collaboration between families and schools, lack of social support, and non-standard management and effective supervision of after-school services urgently need to be addressed. In response to these issues, it is recommended to optimize and improve after-school services by enriching their content, expanding funding channels, strengthening communication and cooperation between families and schools, and improving the after-school service management system, in order to better play the role of after-school services in promoting the comprehensive development of students.
