摘 要
混合式教学是指将传统课堂教学与在线学习相结合的一种教学模式。本文从技术使用问题、师生互动不足、学习质量难以保证以及自我管理能力要求较高四个方面探讨了混合式教学对大学生学习成效的消极影响,在此基础上提出了技术支持和培训、多元化的教学设计、提高师生互动以及定期评估和迭代等四个对策,以提高混合式教学中的学习效果。值得注意的是,混合式教学对大学生学习成效的影响并非完全消极。相反,由于混合式教学模式的特点,学生可以更加自主和灵活地安排学习计划,利用在线学习平台获取更多的教学资源,并通过在线讨论等活动增加与教师和同学之间的互动。这些积极因素为大学生提供了更大的学习发展空间和机会,有助于提高学习效率和成效。因此,为了充分发挥混合式教学的优势,提高大学生的学习成效,需要综合考虑混合式教学中的影响因素和优势,探索更加有效的教学设计和方法,以实现混合式教学的最佳效果。

Research on Legal Protection of virtual Property in Cyberspace
Abstract
Blended learning refers to a teaching model that combines traditional classroom teaching with online learning. This article discusses the negative effects of blended learning on college students' learning outcomes from four aspects: technical issues, insufficient teacher-student interaction, difficulty in ensuring learning quality, and high self-management requirements. Based on this, four strategies are proposed to improve learning effectiveness in blended learning: technical support and training, diversified teaching design, increased teacher-student interaction, and regular evaluation and iteration. It is worth noting that the impact of blended learning on college students' learning outcomes is not entirely negative. On the contrary, the characteristics of blended learning provide students with more autonomy and flexibility in arranging their learning plans, access to more teaching resources through online platforms, and increased interaction with teachers and peers through activities such as online discussions. These positive factors provide students with greater opportunities for learning and help improve learning efficiency and outcomes. Therefore, to fully realize the advantages of blended learning and improve college students' learning outcomes, it is necessary to comprehensively consider the influencing factors and advantages of blended learning, explore more effective teaching designs and methods, and achieve the best results of blended learning.
