社区活动是城市化进程中不可或缺的一环，对于提升居民福祉有着积极的影响。本文首先介绍了社区活动的定义和分类以及社区活动与社会资本的关系，然后分析了社区活动对居民福祉的影响，包括提升社交互动和减少孤独感、改善生活质量和增加社会参与感、增强安全感和防止犯罪。最后，本文提出了优化社区活动对居民福祉影响的方法，包括多样化活动形式、引进专业团队和资源、持续性和长期规划。这些方法可以提高社区活动的质量和效果，让社区居民更加积极地参与其中，提高他们的社交与心理健康水平，为建设和谐社区做出努力。

Abstract
Community activities are an indispensable part of the urbanization process and have a positive impact on improving residents' well-being. This article first introduces the definition and classification of community activities, as well as the relationship between community activities and social capital. Then, it analyzes the impact of community activities on residents' well-being, including enhancing social interaction and reducing loneliness, improving quality of life and increasing social participation, and enhancing a sense of security and preventing crime. Finally, this article proposes methods to optimize the impact of community activities on residents' well-being, including diversifying activity forms, introducing professional teams and resources, and long-term planning. These methods can improve the quality and effectiveness of community activities, encourage residents' active participation, enhance their social and mental health, and contribute to building harmonious communities.
