摘 要
本论文旨在探讨电力系统电压稳态和暂态稳定性评估的研究,通过总结分析传统评估方法和现有研究成果,提出了基于机器学习和深度学习的新型评估方法。在电压稳态模型的评估方面,采用支持向量机、决策树、随机森林、神经网络等算法进行建模和训练,并通过实验仿真取得了较好的预测结果。在电压暂态稳态评估方面,取得了高准确率的结果。本论文的研究成果可为电力系统运行提供有力支持,进一步提升电力系统的安全稳定性。

Abstract
This paper aims to discuss the research of voltage steady-state and transient stability evaluation of power system, and proposes a new evaluation method based on machine learning and deep learning by summarizing and analyzing traditional evaluation methods and existing research results. In the evaluation of voltage steady-state model, support vector machine, decision tree, random forest, neural network and other algorithms are used for modeling and training, and good prediction results are obtained through experimental simulation. High accuracy results were achieved for voltage transient steady-state evaluation. The research results of this paper can provide strong support for the operation of the power system and further improve the safety and stability of the power system.
