语义网技术在信息检索中的应用研究
摘 要
随着互联网信息的爆炸式增长,传统的信息检索技术在处理复杂语义关系时表现出明显的局限性。语义网技术通过引入本体、RDF(资源描述框架)和SPARQL查询语言等工具,为信息检索提供了更为精确和智能的解决方案。本研究旨在探讨语义网技术在信息检索中的应用潜力,特别是其在提升检索效率、增强语义理解和优化结果相关性方面的表现。研究采用了实验分析与理论建模相结合的方法,构建了一个基于语义网的检索系统原型,并通过对比传统搜索引擎的性能,评估了该系统的实际效果。实验结果表明,语义网技术能够显著提高检索结果的准确性和相关性,尤其是在处理多源异构数据时展现出独特的优势。此外,本研究还提出了一种基于动态本体的自适应检索模型,该模型能够根据用户需求实时调整检索策略,进一步提升了系统的智能化水平。

RESEARCH ON THE APPLICATION OF SEMANTIC NET TECHNOLOGY IN INFORMATION RETRIEVAL
ABSTRACT
With the explosive growth of Internet information, the traditional information retrieval techniques show obvious limitations in dealing with complex semantic relationships. Semantic web technology provides more accurate and intelligent solutions by introducing ontology, RDF (resource desc ription fr amework) and SPARQL query language for information retrieval. The aim of this study is to investigate the potential of semantic web technology in information retrieval, especially its performance in improving retrieval efficiency, enhancing semantic understanding and optimizing the relevance of results. The paper uses experimental analysis and theoretical modeling to construct a prototype retrieval system based on semantic net, and evaluates the practical effect of the system by comparing the performance of traditional search engines. The experimental results show that the semantic web technology can significantly improve the accuracy and correlation of the retrieval results, especially showing its unique advantages in processing multi-source heterogeneous data. In addition, this study also proposes an adaptive retrieval model based on dynamic ontology, which can adjust the retrieval strategy in real time according to user needs, and further improve the intelligence level of the system.
