摘要：在信息化进程中，信息技术与教育、教学相结合是一种必然趋势。十九大在《中国特色社会主义》和《新时期》中，明确了“做好网上教育”的目标。“教育兴国，教育兴国”。当前，我国的教育总体上是向前发展的，但是农村和城镇之间的教育水平仍有差距。本项目拟以济南市为案例地，通过问卷调查、访谈、课堂观察等手段，深入研究济南市农村小学在我国农村地区的实施情况，并对其在农村地区的应用情况进行深入研究。通过本项目的实施，可以为农村小学的教育教学工作指明方向，促进农村小学教育教学的高质量发展。

Abstract: In the process of information technology, it is an inevitable trend to combine information technology with education and teaching. In Socialism with Chinese Characteristics and The New Era, the 19th National Congress has made clear the goal of "doing a good job in online education". "Education rejuvenates the country, education rejuvenates the country". At present, education in our country is moving forward generally, but the level of education between rural and towns still has a gap. This project will take Jinan City as the case, through questionnaire survey, interview, classroom observation and other means, in-depth research on the implementation of rural primary schools in Jinan City in rural areas, and its application in rural areas. Through the implementation of this project, it can point out the direction for the education and teaching of rural primary schools and promote the high-quality development of rural primary education and teaching.
