无人机在农田监测与管理中的应用探索
摘 要
随着精准农业的发展,无人机技术在农田监测与管理中的应用日益广泛。本研究旨在探索无人机在农田环境中的创新应用模式,提升农业生产效率与资源利用率。研究采用多旋翼无人机搭载高光谱相机、热成像仪等传感器,构建了基于无人机的农田信息采集系统。通过实地试验,获取了作物生长状况、土壤墒情、病虫害分布等多维度数据,并利用机器学习算法对数据进行深度分析。结果表明,无人机监测系统能够实现厘米级精度的农田信息采集,作物长势识别准确率达到92.3%,病虫害早期预警准确率超过85%。相较于传统人工巡检方式,无人机监测效率提升约80%,成本降低60%。研究创新性地提出了基于无人机的农田智能管理决策支持系统框架,实现了从数据采集到决策建议的完整闭环。主要贡献在于开发了一套可扩展的无人机农田监测技术体系,为精准农业提供了新的技术支撑。

EXPLORATION OF THE APPLICATION OF UAV IN FARMLAND MONITORING AND MANAGEMENT
ABSTRACT
With the development of precision agriculture, uav technology is increasingly widely used in farmland monitoring and management. This study aims to explore the innovative application mode of UAV in the farmland environment and improve the agricultural production efficiency and resource utilization rate. A multi-rotor UAV equipped with hyperspectral camera, thermal imager and other sensors was used to construct a farmland information acquisition system based on UAV. Through field experiments, multi-dimensional data of crop growth, soil moisture, disease and pest distribution were obtained, and machine learning algorithm was analyzed in depth. The results show that the uav monitoring system can realize the centimeter-level accuracy of farmland information collection, the accuracy of crop growth recognition reaches 92.3%, and the early warning accuracy of diseases and insect pests exceeds 85%. Compared with the traditional manual inspection method, the monitoring efficiency of UAV is improved by about 80%, and the cost is reduced by 60%. The research innovatively puts forward a fr amework of farmland intelligent management decision support system based on UAV, which realizes a complete closed loop from data collection to decision suggestion. The main contribution lies in the development of a set of scalable UAV farmland monitoring technology system, which provides a new technical support for precision agriculture.
