X市民办幼儿园教师职业压力现状及对策

摘要：在中国，幼儿园教师是儿童早期教育的主要组成部分，他们在教育对象，工作内容，工作环境等各个领域都与中小学和大学的教师存在较大的差异。近年来，随着社会越来越多地关注学前教育这个人群，这一人群所承受的工作压力也越来越多地受到了关注。尽管公立和私立幼儿园的老师都会有一定的工作压力，但是私立幼儿园的老师因为流动性较大，经济待遇较差，所以他们的工作压力更大。本文通过对有关教师职业压力和学前教育教师职业压力的研究数据进行了收集和阅读，并对其进行了整理。通过对 X市居民幼儿园教师的工作压力状况进行了分析，在此基础上，从社会、幼儿园、教师和家长四个方面，为缓解 X市居民幼儿园教师的工作压力状况提供了一些策略和意见。

The Current Situation and Countermeasures of Occupational Stress of Teachers in Private Kindergartens in X City

Abstract：In China, kindergarten teachers are the main component of early childhood education, and they differ greatly from teachers in primary and secondary schools and universities in various fields such as education ob jects, work content, and work environment. In recent years, as society has paid more and more attention to the group of preschool education, the work pressure that this group bears has also received more and more attention. Although teachers in both public and private kindergartens may have some work pressure, teachers in private kindergartens face greater work pressure due to their high mobility and poor economic benefits. This article collects, reads, and collates research data on occupational stress among teachers and preschool education teachers. Based on the analysis of the work pressure of kindergarten teachers in X City, this paper provides some strategies and suggestions for alleviating the work pressure of kindergarten teachers in X City from four aspects: society, kindergarten, teachers, and parents.
