行政机构协同管理对政务服务创新的影响研究
摘 要
随着信息化、网络化的进程,政务服务已经从线下向线上转型,政府部门也在面临着资源共享、信息互通、流程联通等协同管理方面的问题。因此,如何通过行政机构的协同管理来提高政务服务的质量和效率,成为了当前的研究热点。本文从协同管理的理论概述、优势、实践案例出发,分析了在推动政务服务创新中协同管理所面临的问题,如协同机制不够灵活、效益衡量难度大、协同管理领导力不足等。最后提出了建立灵活的协同机制、完善效益评估指标和提升协同管理领导力等解决方法。本文探讨了协同管理对政务服务创新的贡献,为政府部门在推动政务服务创新中提供了一些参考建议。这些解决方法将有助于提高政府部门间的协同管理,以提高政务服务的质量和效率。

Abstract
With the process of informatization and networking, government services have been transformed from offline to online, and government departments are also faced with collaborative management problems such as resource sharing, information exchange and process connectivity. Therefore, how to improve the quality and efficiency of government services through the collaborative management of administrative agencies has become a current research hotspot. Starting from the theoretical overview, advantages and practical cases of collaborative management, this paper analyzes the problems faced by collaborative management in promoting the innovation of government service, such as the lack of flexible collaborative mechanism, the difficulty of efficiency measurement, and the lack of leadership of collaborative management. Finally, the solutions such as establishing a flexible collaborative mechanism, improving the benefit evaluation index and improving the leadership of collaborative management are proposed. This paper discusses the contribution of collaborative management to the innovation of government service, and provides some reference suggestions for government departments in promoting the innovation of government service. These solutions will help to improve the collaborative management between government departments to improve the quality and efficiency of government services.
