内蒙古奶牛集约化养殖水平的研究
摘 要
奶牛集约化养殖已成为全球发展的潮流，而我国在奶牛集约化养殖的规模化经营上也有了清晰的方向。内蒙古是我国的畜牧业大国，也是我国奶牛场的主要产区，因此，对内蒙古的奶业发展进行深入的探讨。通过对内蒙古地区奶牛集约化养殖生产的现状，提出了加强内蒙古奶牛集约化养殖生产的集约化发展的需要。本文从国外、国外奶牛规模化生产的特征与方法出发，并从伊利和蒙牛两家公司的实践中总结出了一些有益的做法，指出建立奶牛养殖场是内蒙古实现规模化生产的最佳途径，并根据内蒙古的具体情况，对“十一五”期间实现奶牛集约生产的发展目标进行了探讨。本文通过对内蒙古奶牛规模化生产的有关外在环境因素进行了深入的剖析，并从资金筹措、社会服务体系建设、品种改良、饲草料基地建设、奶牛集约化养殖品质监督等几个角度，对如何通过加快发展奶牛养殖场等方式，进一步提升内蒙古奶牛的精益生产技术，提出了相应的对策和对策。

Abstract
Intensive dairy farming has become the trend of global development, and China has a clear direction in the large-scale management of intensive dairy farming. Inner Mongolia is a large animal husbandry country in China, and also the main production area of dairy farms in China. Therefore, the development of dairy industry in Inner Mongolia is discussed in depth. Based on the current situation of intensive dairy cattle breeding in Inner Mongolia, the need to strengthen the intensive development of intensive dairy cattle breeding in Inner Mongolia was put forward. This paper starts from the characteristics and methods of large-scale production of dairy cows abroad and abroad, and summarizes some useful practices from the practice of Yili and Mengniu, pointing out that the establishment of dairy farms is the best way to achieve large-scale production in Inner Mongolia. According to the specific situation of Inner Mongolia, this paper discusses the development goal of intensive production of dairy cows during the "11th Five Year Plan" period. This paper deeply analyzes the external environmental factors related to the large-scale production of dairy cows in Inner Mongolia, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and countermeasures on how to further improve the lean production technology of dairy cows in Inner Mongolia by accelerating the development of dairy farms from the perspectives of fund raising, social service system construction, variety improvement, forage base construction, and quality supervision of intensive dairy cattle breeding.
