小学教育中家长参与家校合作的问题与对策研究
摘 要:本文旨在探讨小学教育中家校合作的现状、问题以及应该采取的改善措施。通过文献梳理、问卷调查和小样本访谈等方法,分析了当前家校合作面临的挑战和原因。研究结果表明,小学教育中的家校合作存在问题包括双方沟通不畅、角色定位不清、家长参与欠缺和缺乏专业支持等。为了改变这种现状,本文提出家校合作应该采取多元化沟通方式、加强家庭教育培训,建立有效的信息共享平台、鼓励家长参与校内活动,创造服务的环境等具体措施。这些措施有助于增强家长参与教育教学的积极性,让家庭教育和学校教育更紧密结合,从而实现有机的教育整合。改善小学教育中家校合作不仅能够进一步提高孩子的综合素质,还有助于缩小家校距离,增强家庭和学校的互信和友好关系。

Research on the problems and countermeasures of parents' participation in home-school cooperation in primary school education
Abstract: This paper aims to explore the current situation, problems and measures that home-school cooperation in primary education should be improved. This paper analyzes the challenges and reasons of the current home-school cooperation through literature sorting and questionnaire survey. The results show that there are problems in home-school cooperation in primary education, including poor communication, unclear role positioning, lack of parental participation and lack of professional support. In order to change this situation, this paper proposes that home-school cooperation should adopt diversified communication methods, strengthen family education and training, establish an effective information sharing platform, encourage parents to participate in school activities, and create a service environment. These measures can help enhance parents' enthusiasm to participate in education and teaching, and make family education and school education more closely combined, so as to achieve an organic integration of education. Improving home-school cooperation in primary school education can not only further improve the comprehensive quality of children, but also help to narrow the distance between home and school, and enhance the mutual trust and friendly relations between families and schools.
