摘 要
本文以智能化数控车床的优化设计与应用为研究对象,探讨了智能化数控车床在制造领域的应用和发展。首先,介绍了数控系统的框架和主要构成,然后详细讨论了优化设计的原理和方法,提出了一套完整的数控车床智能化优化设计流程。接下来,对优化设计的基础理论进行了深入探究,包括精度与质量控制的优化模型、自动化工艺规划的研究和刀具磨损补偿算法的研究。最后,通过实际的数控车床优化设计实例和实验室实践案例,对智能化数控车床的应用进行了分析,并评估了优化效果和可行性。研究表明,智能化数控车床在提高加工精度、缩短加工周期、降低加工成本等方面具有显著的优势和应用潜力,是制造业智能化转型的重要手段和技术基础。本文的研究成果对于推动智能化数控车床的发展和应用具有重要的理论意义和实际价值。

Abstract
This paper takes the optimization design and application of intelligent CNC lathe as the research ob ject, and explores the application and development of intelligent CNC lathe in the manufacturing field. Firstly, the fr amework and main components of the CNC system are introduced, and then the principles and methods of optimization design are discussed in detail, proposing a complete process of intelligent optimization design for CNC lathe. Next, the basic theories of optimization design are deeply explored, including optimization models for accuracy and quality control, research on automated process planning, and algorithms for tool wear compensation. Finally, through practical examples of CNC lathe optimization design and laboratory practice cases, the application of intelligent CNC lathe is analyzed, and the optimization effect and feasibility are evaluated. The research shows that intelligent CNC lathe has significant advantages and potential in improving machining accuracy, shortening machining cycle and reducing machining cost, and is an important means and technical foundation for the intelligent transformation of the manufacturing industry. The research results of this paper have important theoretical significance and practical value for promoting the development and application of intelligent CNC lathe.
