摘 要
本论文的主要内容是探究企业竞争力与资本结构之间的关系，旨在分析资本结构对企业竞争力的影响，并提出优化资本结构的策略。通过对相关理论的深入探讨以及实证分析，本论文得出了以下主要结论：资本结构对企业竞争力具有重要影响，资本结构中股权比例与杠杆比例的优化可以提高企业竞争力，但是不同行业对资本结构的需求存在差异。本论文创新之处在于从资本结构角度出发，深入探讨了企业竞争力的提升和资本结构的优化，为企业的财务管理提供了一定的指导意义。在研究方法方面，采用了实证分析和文献研究的方法，对多个样本进行了统计分析，得出了科学、实用的结论。

Abstract
The main content of this paper is to explore the relationship between corporate competitiveness and capital structure, aiming to analyze the impact of capital structure on corporate competitiveness and propose strategies to optimize capital structure. Through in-depth discussion of relevant theories and empirical analysis, this paper draws the following main conclusions: capital structure has an important impact on corporate competitiveness, and the optimization of the equity ratio and leverage ratio in the capital structure can improve corporate competitiveness, but different industries have different needs for capital structure. The innovation of this paper lies in the in-depth exploration of the improvement of corporate competitiveness and the optimization of capital structure from the perspective of capital structure, providing guidance for corporate financial management. In terms of research methods, empirical analysis and literature research methods are adopted, and statistical analysis of multiple samples is conducted to obtain scientific and practical conclusions.
