ABSTRACT
This paper mainly introduces the design of electrical automation 110-35kv substation, including the basic structure of substation, material and process selection, equipment operation and maintenance, safety management and emergency treatment. The article points out that 110-35kv substation is an important link of power transmission and distribution, and plays a vital role in the construction of power grid. Therefore, the design process needs to fully consider the equipment selection, material standards, process requirements and safety management issues, to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the substation. This paper firstly introduces the background and research significance of the subject, summarizes the research status and development trend at home and abroad, and clarifies the research content and main contributions. Then, from the substation design of the basic requirements, the main components of the substation brief introduction and substation equipment selection and configuration optimization design of three aspects of the electrical automation 110-35kv substation design and structure. Then, the paper discusses the selection of substation materials and standards, the selection of substation construction technology, the process requirements of various equipment and the treatment of environmental problems and other materials and process selection issues. This paper emphasizes the importance of safety management and emergency treatment of substation, such as production safety management, system emergency plan and measures, risk assessment and preventive measures. In this paper, the design and construction of electric automatic 110-35kv substation, material and process selection, equipment operation and maintenance, safety management and emergency treatment are discussed in detail, which provides a useful reference for the research and practice in related fields.
